Why I’m blogging

My mother passed when she was 29 years old.  I always wondered if she knew the truth about health and wellness, like I know it, would she still be here.  Rather than live in the past and “what if” state like I used to I decided to do my part to make sure others know what I know, that we all have the right to be healthy and to live an optimal life.

Being healthy is easy when you know what you are doing…it’s just that most people don’t know.   Here you will find the truth, unadulterated about overall wellness.  About eating, thinking, and moving right; and finding an intricate balance between the three.  Some things may shock you but as Mae West says, “People who get shocked easily, should get shocked more often”.

I loved your last posting about your Mother; connected so well with me having experienced something similar. Mark and i still talk about your “office” in the Dominique and we are looking forward to another opportunity.

    Much Love,

Awe, I miss you both! Glad it moved you! Still smile thinking about the day with your husband — we had a blast!

I just found your May post about the B.J. Palmer Memorial Home tour. With your permission I would love to have you link others to our new website and us to your blog.

    Thanks,
